Serving West Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, and surrounding areas.
Yes — most cities in the Tri-Cities require annual testing of backflow prevention devices to stay in compliance. If you received a notice from your city, you’re required to schedule a test before the deadline.
Failure to complete your backflow test can result in water shutoff or fines from your city. We make it easy to avoid those penalties and stay compliant.
Most residential backflow tests take 15–30 minutes. You don’t need to be home as long as we have access to the device.
Nope — we’ll take care of that. We submit your test results directly to your city for you, and we’ll also send a confirmation email for your records.
In most cases, your backflow assembly is located near your irrigation system shutoff or outside near your water meter. If you’re unsure, just let us know and we can help locate it.
If your device fails, we’ll notify you and provide a clear, upfront quote for repair or replacement. No surprises, no pressure.
We organize our schedule by city and will follow up with your testing date once your area is being serviced.
Yes! We regularly service businesses, apartments, HOAs, and multi-unit properties. Let us know how many devices you have, and we’ll get you a quote.
